FAQ + SHIPPING

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and holidays are NOT business days), unless stated in the description. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to ship. (Shipping times may higher during sale days)

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • We ship primarily via USPS or the cheapest way to ship to you so items should arrive within 2-5 business days.
  • All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once item is shipped.
  • Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to the mailing carrier. You will have to file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.
  • Please understand that we can not offer replacement packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer's mistake. If you would like your packages to be resent then you will have to pay for shipping again.
  • If your tracking says you package has been delivered but you still haven't gotten your package, then you will have to contact the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages delivered  by the carrier to your neighborhood of choice. 
  • If your package is returned to our studio because you provided an incorrect address or you did not claim your package at the post office in a timely manner, then we will charge a reshipping fee to reship your package to you. If you would like to just refund your order in lieu of having your package reshipped to you, then we will refund you the price of the item but we will not refund the shipping cost.  

Refunds & Exchanges:

 
  • If you are unsatisfied with your order or missing an item then contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to work with you so that you are completely happy. Your happiness is our #1 goal...pampering you is our #2 goal.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.
  • Unfortunately due to our quick turn around time, once an order is made then we can NOT cancel or make any changes to that order. Please make sure your order is correct before completing check out. If order is placed on a Sunday then cancellation may be an option if requested on the same day and with a 20% restock fee. After 24 hours orders can not be cancelled once made and if a order cancelation is granted then it will incur a 50% restock fee. 
  • After 24 hours of delivery we can not replace a missing or damaged item so please check your packages carefully upon arrival.
  • CHARGEBACKS: We are happy to report that we hold a 95% success rate for winning all chargeback claims and cases with banks and PayPal thanks to our third party company that handles all chargeback cases. If you open a chargeback then we will submit all evidence over to your bank, flag your card as fraudulent with all payment processors (this will affect you buying with other companies as well as big name fashion brands) and flag your IP address. If we so happen to lose the chargeback case, then we will take you to small claims court in your state and you will be held responsible for all court costs + payment of goods + transportation costs associated with traveling to your state to settle the matter. A chargeback on a $30 order could cost you $1700 if we must take you to court. 

Allergy Notification: 

  • Although all of our items are made with the very best ingredients, Atlanta Bath Company, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please know and understand your allergies before use of any product. If an allergic reaction happens, please discontinue the use of the product. We use coconut oil in almost every product.
Product Color Difference:
  • Please understand that due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be a slight color difference with each batch but the ingredients are the same.
