FAQ + SHIPPING
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (weekends and holidays are NOT business days), unless stated in the description. Please allow up to one week for your order to ship.
Estimated Shipping Time:
We ship primarily via USPS so items should arrive within 2-5 business days.
All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once item is shipped.
Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to USPS. You will have to file a claim with USPS if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.
Please understand that we can not offer replacement packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer's mistake. If you would like your pacakages to be resent then you will have to pay for shipping again.
If your tracking says you package has been delivered but you still haven't gotten your package, then you will have to contact USPS. We are not responsible for the delivery of your packages by USPS.
If your package is returned to our studio because you provided an incorrect address or you did not claim your package at the post office in a timely manner, then we will charge a reshipping fee to reship your package to you. If you would like to just refund your order in lieu of having your package reshipped to you, then we will refund you the price of the item but we will not refund the shipping cost.
Refunds & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your order or missing an item then contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to work with you so that you are completely happy. Your happiness is our #1 goal...pampering you is our #2 goal.
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for all orders that are canceled.
After 24 hours of delivery we can not replace a missing or damaged item so please check your packages carefully upon arrival.
Although all of our items are made with the very best ingredients, Atlanta Bath Company, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please know and understand your allergies before use of any product. If an allergic reaction happens, please discontinue the use of the product.
Product Color Difference:
Please understand that due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be a slight color difference with each batch but the ingredients are the same.
